Estoy lleno! (I’m full!)
Over the next two weeks, I’m going to attempt to spill my guts to you.
Actually, a better way to put it is, I’m going to try to regurgitate all of the information I’ve learned over the pasttwo weeks… and that’s A LOT.
As you may know, we (the Explorer Partnership) were in Puerto Rico at the end of April to explore real estate opportunities and tax benefits. Then, we had a dinner in Los Angeles, where we found out about an exciting new investment that we’ll be pursuing very soon.
Finally, for the past two days I was at the Atlas 400 annual member’s meeting in Laguna Beach, California.
The Atlas 400is strictly a social group. There’s no investing, there are no business pitches, and the members are all extremely respectful of each other.
However, when you put a large group of very successful, self-made individuals into the same room, the conversation naturally shifts towards, “What’s the next big thing?”
Is it real estate? Marijuana? Crypto currencies? Healthcare?
I found the answer to all of those things is, ‘yes!’ Of course, the next logical questions is, ‘how?’
And that is what the weekend was full of. In addition to talking to the dozens of Atlas 400 members in attendance, there were several speakers who shared some very interesting insights with us.
One of those speakers is a top crypto currency expert who had these two things to say:
“Usage drives value.”
And…
“It’s going to be unbelievable how much institutional capital will flow in [to crypto currencies] after proper custodial infrastructure is built.”
Obviously, he also told us some finer details… but the main point is that he thinks the crypto world has barely even started and that it’s not too late to get involved. Also, he told us not to waste our time with the ‘speculative application’ coins. Instead, his bet was on infrastructure and security crypto currencies.
Immediately following the crypto presentation, the topic changed to space travel. Like I said before, the Atlas 400 is purely a social group that focuses on getting like-minded individuals together to experience once in a lifetime opportunities. Space travel, believe it or not, was a serious topic of discussion.
If you had told me ten years ago that we, as humans, would be seriously discussing digital currencies and recreational space travel, I would’ve said you’re full of it. But, after this past weekend, I can tell you that these conversations actually happened.
And, they are very serious.
