I’m a surfer, explorer, investor, and writer (and I’d like to think in that order).

I’ve traveled the world over the past two decades exploring hidden investment opportunities, remote corners of the world, and empty waves.

During this time as an investor, I’ve deployed capital in nearly two dozen countries across the Americas, Europe, Australia, and Asia. As an entrepreneur, I’ve founded and exited three separate companies. (I’ve also founded and failed with more than one venture too!)

Much of my experience in the past has come from real world scenarios, with the battle scars to prove it.

Since 2014, I’ve been writing the Explorer Report to share many of my adventures, successes, and crazy stories.

Today, other than being a dad, I work with UHNWI’s, family offices, investment funds, and select government agencies by:

• Providing perspective on the ever changing geopolitical landscape in order to identify clear upcoming investment opportunities and trends
• Advising current investors in niche markets about specific risks and potential pitfalls
• Identifying special situations in hard to access markets, and then providing actionable opportunities for capital allocators
• Executing on-the-ground due diligence by collecting intel, data, and forming relationships
• Working with organizations to clarify their go-to market strategy and attract foreign capital
• Opening up channels of business for companies entering new markets
